Throttle Control at Joystick

I have a T.16000M V1 stick. The in game throttle works fine in Campaign mode ( Battle of Moscow or BOS ). I can go from 0% throttle to 100% with no trouble. But when I am in any other game play , Quick Missions, Scripted Campaign, Missions or Multi-Player, the throttle works from 0% to 9% and from 90% to 100% and that's is all. Below 90% to 10% the throttle goes all haywire. No smooth control! It is very frustrating in flying any of the other scenarios. After one of the upgrades either 2.010 or 2.011 this has been the problem? Can somebody look at this issue. Thanks Divebomb

Hi,

I don't think the problem you describe is a BOS/BOM issue. Did you calibrate your device correctly in your Windows System? Does it work correctly there

and are the curves smooth? Try to recalibrate your joystick and perhaps delete and reassign the axis in BOS/BOM, also check the curve behaviour in the

settings of BOS/BOM.

Are you running TARGET software?.................... if so never start the game without starting TARGET and running your BoX profile, or the game will see new controllers every time you start the game...........

this is in your data/input/devices.txt

configId,guid,model|

0,,|

1,%222e1e4b40-486a-11e7-0000545345440680%22,Thrustmaster%20Combined|

2,%22fec80c70-746d-11e7-0000545345440180%22,MFG%20Crosswind%20V2

it is what your game sees when you start the game as your controllers.  If I start the game without starting TARGET it see the Stick and Throttle as separate devices instead of combined in TARGET and will add them as devices 3 and 4................  And it will mess up your control..............  to fix that I exit game, go into the game files and delete everything starting at the 0,, down.................. start TARGET activate my BoX profile and restart the game............ and go back into settings and reassign the device axis, and make sure it sets the correct controller i.e. 1 for all axis.. roll/pitch/throttle and no 2 for yaw.(our however your set up is, Stick roll/pitch... Throttle)  Make sure when you assign axis you check the system curves control to ensure you get deflection throughout the 0-100% range.

At the home game screen the settings mode sets just fine on the curve and response. When I go to the in game settings after I pause the game the curve does not respond like the home screen settings. It seems to me that the in game throttle control stops working as a glitch in the program. The joystick setup works just fine in the windows T.16000M setup.
