How do I asssign VR zoom to Joystick button?

You can set both vr zoom and reset view, I believe they are under camera controls.

 

Edit just checked, they are under Pilot Head Control.

Both VR Zoom and Default VR View( re-center).

 

Both are very handy to have and I have assigned to joystick buttons. VR Zoom is press and hold.

To move seat position go into monitor view, vary seat position with the usual keys ins, del, pgup, pgdn etc, save with F10. You will find your updated seat position for the specific aircraft when you log in VR mode.
