Mini pauses with sound

Everything maxxed and running above 60fps all the time.

However I do get some mini pauses with sounds.

 

Like an enemy shooting near me, or airplane explosions, mine or others.

Any ideas how to solve this?

nVidia?  I had some lengthy pauses of 5 to 10 seconds with sound with later drivers.  I reverted to an earlier version and it went away.

Also latest one

1080 GTX in Win 10

i7 4770 Processor.

Ok downloaded older drivers, do I need to uninstall the ones I have now or I just install the ones I downloaded on top of what i have now?
