AX2 Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 I'm short on time now. I do only a few Dogfights, Fliying the BF But this happens too often. - gunsight broken ( also from six ? ) The AI always hits your gunsight?. 8/10 for me - AI is a Gun sight Killer? What do you think ? 2
Emgy Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 In the last livestream, Loft said it was a bug that will be fixed. 1
ACG_Kraut Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Yes, I opened a bug report for this the other week, should be easy for them to fix. 1
-MG-Cacti4-6 Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 yeah it will get rectified for sure. but dont forget, you do have an ironsight backup
dkoor Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 So far I haven't been hit. If I do get hit I'll let ya know how it went. In all honesty this Novice AI is about effective as old IL-2 Ai was - ~ nill. Maybe for testing I let the sucker close in on my six. But for some reason I'm uncomfortable with that scenario .
Feathered_IV Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Haven't flown the 109 for more than a few minutes, but the same thing happens in the LaGG all the time. Glad to hear its a bug. That piece of broken windscreen in the top left corner is getting repetitive.
HagarTheHorrible Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Does having the canopy shredded affect performance ? Evidently an open canopy knocks a few MPH off the clock, maybe a damaged canopy should do the same, not neccessarily because it would affect your speed, like an open canopy, but because I suspect it would affect the pilot , having a howling gale rushing in through the broken perspex.
Kleinburger Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 yeah it will get rectified for sure. but dont forget, you do have an ironsight backup The first 109 I shot down was with the back-up, it is doable

The air pressure difference created with no place for the new air to go should make that bad boy go bye bye Edited December 15, 2013 by -MG-Cacti4-6
VR-DriftaholiC Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 I tried to let the ai shoot me down... he made like 20 passes and still didn't manage..
