Marvel Posted May 8, 2018 Posted May 8, 2018 (edited) Nice gimbal. Is the ispiration of mine one, under construction in this time.... Sokol but do you use a gimbal like this for your joystick? Ciao! Marco Edited May 8, 2018 by markino
Sokol1 Posted May 8, 2018 Author Posted May 8, 2018 (edited) This gimbal is not mine, find this video and YT an link there for illustrate. I plan make one, but in my "corner'of'the'world" find an 3D print service that is not expensive or with low quality still difficult. In similar topic in SimHQ an guy say that are using this design, and make change in CAM profile for an less defined center, maybe he can give a feedback about. Edited May 10, 2018 by Sokol1
Marvel Posted May 10, 2018 Posted May 10, 2018 (edited) Did not you find anything on the internet? Last year I used Shapeways for 3D printing my handgrip joystick. It will not be cheap but at the moment I do not think there are many options ... Ciao. M Edited May 10, 2018 by markino

Unfortunately order outside - e.g. Shapeways, is subject to ~105% local fees, besides long delay for delivery (~3 mounts is "normal") due inefficiency of local (federal) mail service, making 3D printer option little interesting, will be better invest in Baur gimbal kit - even costing more.
Sokol1 Posted May 20, 2019 Author Posted May 20, 2019 Another option of gimbal for 3D printing. ED-420 gimbal, with two CAM's per axis (similar in VPC WarBRD), and for use bearings in pivot's: Fixation disk optimized for (Defender) Cobra M5 base and their clones. Suitable for DIY project. https://forum.il2sturmovik.ru/topic/11092-3d-печатная-механика-изд-420-компакт/
