Free Camera

Hey there Devs, things are looking great!  I have been watching back my recorded tracks and the thing I wish I had was a few more camera angles.  Firstly a free cam.  Where I can fly to where ever I want and observe any angle at any FOV.  Second is a gun camera,  and third  is a camera that you can manipulate around the object you are viewing.  I know F2 and F4 do this a little bit.  But what I'm talking about is being able to place a camera pretty much anywhere and have it rotate like its attached to the plane.  

 

  For example, I could maneuver it near the end of the fuselage and have it looking towards the front of the aircraft.  but where ever I leave it it stays and is attached to the movement of the object.

 

This would allow for some very original angles as well as being a gun cam if that wasn't a view you were planning on making.  I hope that you see this post and take this idea into consideration.  The amount of AMAZING movies that this view could allow would be mind blowing. 

AT 13 seconds anf again at 32 seconds, you see the effect Im seeking to reach, but imagine I can put the camera anywhere and it will act as if attached just like this.

If it's anything like ROF (and lets face it, the basics will be) free camera will be there - it's just WIP at the moment

Hooves...already doable for the most part. Hold down the Left Shift key in external view and move your mouse left and right and then zoom in. Same as in ROF. You can get that angle you want, it won't hold that exact angle as the plane turns, but you can get that angle for as long as the plane stays on that trajectory.

ah OK tried that view and it almost gets the view Im looking for.  But Im really lookin for that "GoPro"  view ya know?  and my suggestion would offer that view and alot more.  I know you are busy as hell, this is just a wish for later sometime.

I know exactly what you mean, a fixed camera in one place that moves with the plane
