dburne Posted August 6, 2017 Posted August 6, 2017 (edited) So anyway I was having a look around in my Rift's audio properties, and noticed it has an "enhancedments" tab. In there there is a bass boost selection, so I put a checkmark in there and clicked on apply to check it out. Pretty sure the audio now has a little more oomph to it than it had previously. Course just could be my imagination and a placebo affect, however I don't think so and find I like what I perceive to be a little better base. There is also a Headphone Virtualization and Loudness Equalization selection as well, I just left those unchecked. So you guys may already be aware of this additional audio selection, but I just discovered it by looking around in there and thought I would share in case there was anyone else that was not aware. In windows control panel, it is under sound - right click Rift Audio Headphones, then click on Properties. Then click on the Enhancements Tab and you will see them listed there. BeastyBaiter Posted August 7, 2017 Posted August 7, 2017 Not placebo, tried it with some bass heavy music and it's a very pronounced change at +9db.
