Throttle Control

As of the new update 2.011 the in-game throttle control can not be set on joystick in the in-game settings but can be adjusted in the main screen settings. The throttle control works just fine in Campaign mode, but not in any other game play! It is all over the place in Single Player, and Missions, etc.. Works only at 100% to 90% when I am at those settings below the 90% position it jumps all around. When I am parked after a landing the throttle control works just fine. I can see the % on screen go from O% to 100% just fine and when I look from inside the cockpit at the control lever all looks fine. Only in game play in flight it is all messed up. I have tried deleting and re-configure in game settings of my throttle, does not work.I click on the sign wave symbol in settings and it it locked up and does not move when I move my throttle. Has to be a glitch in the new update? It is hard to fly anything if you cannot have a steady throttle.
