I use evga precision x

I downloaded IL2 Sturmovik: battle of Stalingrad from Steam . when I click play it says D3D_ERROR Can not create Direct3DDevice: (0x887a0004)

and when I click ok it says IL-2 Sturmovik has stopped working.

How can I fix it? (drivers are update , Windows 8.1 , Intel® Core™ i5 , Intel® HD Graphics 3000 , DirectX11( Direct3D Acceleration is Enable ) RAM 4+ (3.78 usable))
