Ability to throw out defensive weapons & magazines

I think it would be nice feature that you can order defensive gunners to throw their weapons out of the plane in case of emergency to lose weight.

 

For example Bf-110 e2 pilots knows how nasty is to fly with one engine and even more nastier if the last engine is damaged.

Shooting out all main weapons ammo helps a bit but many times i have think that dang i cant get that MG out of my plane.

 

Also this order would automatically throw out all full magazines as well.

This was definitely something high altitude bomber crews did when limping back to their bases in Italy or England. Would be a cool feature, but for me its one of the many "that would be cool, but there are more important things, like getting to the Pacific" enhancements. Good idea tho!

You can in RoF and the plane actually becomes lighter and gains inperformance... so BoS engine is ready to support this, too .

Very cool idea, i often wonder why it was not already in
But maybe first get the 88 front gunner working properly (been like that atleast 6 months)

But ah Re 110-E2..

The Bf110 E2 Cruises Comfortably @ 250-300kph (300-350 on the G2) on single engine
(Bad engine shutdown, Feathered and rads closed, good engine minimal rads and combat power, Rudder trim 70-100% To good engine side)

Yes with wing dmg it can be hard at 200kph but thats just drag.
