Can we still request for Dserver keys?

I made a request for a dedicated server key a couple of weeks ago but I have not yet seen a reply. Has this been discontinued?

No, you can still get DServer keys.

I have received my DServer key within a couple of hours.

There must be something wrong on your end, maybe some spam filter fetched the mail?

I made several requests for a dserver key over a period of a couple of months with no response, ended up accidently buying a copy of BoM instead of BoS and just used that key instead.

Same problem here, no support answer and nothing in spam

I also have had no response to dserver request using support portal last week.

 

I have just sent support a email asking for activation or just acknowledgement of the request.

 

I'll update if I get a response from support

ok after sending a followup email to support, within 24 hrs  they replied to my email  and sent me the activation key for dserver with details on how to activate it
