Maulkin Posted July 28, 2017 Posted July 28, 2017 I made a request for a dedicated server key a couple of weeks ago but I have not yet seen a reply. Has this been discontinued?
Maulkin Posted August 4, 2017 Author Posted August 4, 2017 Welp, I have been waiting for weeks and have not seen any reply.....
SAS_Storebror Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 I have received my DServer key within a couple of hours. There must be something wrong on your end, maybe some spam filter fetched the mail? Cheers! Mike
DeadMeat0383 Posted May 18, 2018 Posted May 18, 2018 I made several requests for a dserver key over a period of a couple of months with no response, ended up accidently buying a copy of BoM instead of BoS and just used that key instead.
Quatem Posted July 24, 2018 Posted July 24, 2018 (edited) Same problem here, no support answer and nothing in spam Edited July 24, 2018 by Quatem
=RS=Stix_09 Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 (update on this thread) I also have had no response to dserver request using support portal last week. I have just sent support a email asking for activation or just acknowledgement of the request. I'll update if I get a response from support
=RS=Stix_09 Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 ok after sending a followup email to support, within 24 hrs they replied to my email and sent me the activation key for dserver with details on how to activate it Quote Dear pilot! To get an account that would allow you to host a dedicated server you need to follow these simple steps: 1. Create a new account at il2sturmovik.com using a new email that you haven’t yet used for this purpose; 2. Make sure that you’ve never activated an IL2BOS key on this account; 3. Go to "License keys" page in your Profile; 4. Paste the key into the "Key Activation" field; xxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx 5. Press the "Activate" button. Notes: the key that we’re sending to you must not be given out to a third party; any account that has such key must not be given out to a third party; you have full responsibility over the key we’re sending to you and the account with that key as well. In case if a third party gets access to the key that may be found in paragraph 4 of this statement, we reserve the right to suspend access to your account.
