Just purchased BoS and BoM and can't play....HELP

Hello,

 

I purchased both BoS and BoM last night and installed the launcher with no issues.  I can start the launcher and it loads the login screen. But once I enter my log in info and hit the log in button I get no connection to authentication server and lost connection to master server.

 

Both the purchase keys for each game have been activated and my account is all good, so no problem there I can think of.  I am on fibre op with no issues. 

 

Anyone have a solution to this problem.

Did you click on the green ENTER key a second time after closing the error message?

 

I had the same problem. For that matter I still do. I can correct my situation by deleting The Nvidia Experience. The game then starts normally.

 

If you don't use a Nvidia card.. try deleting unneeded programs running in the background and see if it corrects the situation.

I did try hitting the enter key again.  Then it displays login email or password is wrong (which is not the case).  I never tried deleting the nvidia experience yet though...i will try that and update on its outcome.,

That worked Thad, thank you.    Geforce experience did interfere with the game log in for some reason, turning it off worked for me anyway.  Hope it helps others having this issue.
