I finally resolved the problem by unistalling & reinstalling again the game. It gave some trouble to do it but finally I manage, the isue was that when reinstalation it gave me an advice that said it wont continue to install becasue i had already installed i dont remeber witch software but i restarted computer & followed instalation. It worked out for me

It worked out for me yes even if you still had DX. you still need the program to install it, even if you already had it.
