"Christmas Lights"

Hi everyone,

I have a little problem: For the last few weeks (and even after the updates), when I start the game, the screen is full of "christmas lights" like in the game "Blackwake". I cannot fix this bug myself. Maybe there is somebody with the same problem or anyone who knows the answer of my problem.
