This option make easy for people in "rest of the world" (outside USA/Canada and Europe markets) buy VKB's,  since Aliexpress offer several payment options and so avoid expensive bank/Western Union taxes for money transfer.

I have used them Alibaba express there real fast..I don't know how they do it but they get through customs within a day or 2.
