Game crash when quiting game

I have a bit of an annoying crash since the last update. I do like to clarify that this does not affect gameplay.

 

Every time I close the game, the game crashes. It gives the standard Windows "program has crashed" screen.

After a second or so, it gives me the option to close the program and then it closes the game.

 

Small bug but would be nice to see it gone.

Me too.  I will upgrade to the latest nVidia driver but I doubt that's it.  I am also running Reshade, don't know if that's it either.

Updated driver to 384.76.  No go, I had pauses about every 30 seconds that lasted about 5 seconds.  Rolled back to 382.05 and it seems OK.  Still have the CTD on exit.

I had this issue and I think the cause was Reshade which I was running with SweetFx (on gtx1060 using latest 384.76 drivers and 382.05 drivers)

 

I completely reinstalled the game yesterday after which no crash issues - but the crash on exit resumed immediately when I reinstalled Reshade/SweetFx - and on removal again no issues.

 

May be worth a try removing Reshade for now and seeing if that helps.

 

edit: I will just add that my performance during the game was really good - this was not the low fps issue some have reported - but 100% crash on exit and intermittent crashes occasionally in campaign and quick mission

Likewise, for me having Reshade installed causes a crash on exit. I can live with it as it is fine while the game is running and looks great.

It's definitively caused by Reshade 3.0.7. I activate it via JSGME as a mod and when I disable it the crash is gone. On the other side, and this has nothing to do with Reshade, after exiting the game the Launcher doesn't quit properly, it has to be shut down from the Task Manager. Not a big issue, but it's still there. Anyone else having this too?

Does anyone know if installing the latest Reshade might fix it? Asking because I use an older version of it which works great but causes that little annoying game crash on exit...
