System Error after 2.011 update

Could you help my fix the problem after last update the don't want to start.

 

"The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

 

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

I reinstalled the game, and this don't fix this problem

Any ideas how to fix it??

(Devs, can I charge for tech support?  This must be the 10th thread about exactly the same problem on updating this time alone, and it has happened often enough after other updates too.  Or if no cheque, how about a really obvious sticky addressing the usual update issues?)
