Got a T16000 stick, but many of the axis not working!

Driving me nuts. Pitch (won't work). Rudder rotate (won't work). I tried setting it up using Thrustmaster Target by building a custom profile; no luck :/ WTF. Why does this game not recognize normal DX commands???

You do NOT need Target. Use the in game input setting.

 

Ensure you joystick is being recognized and is calibrated.

Well it is both being recognized and calibrated, however, for whatever reason my PITCH (is not working) along with a bunch of other buttons.... In game. There is a Target profile but only for the Stick and not the Throttle :/

Does the pitch work with this joystick in any other game?

 

If yes.. ensure you are keymapping it properly within the game settings.

It does work in other games, it's strictly a IL2 BOS issue. This has been covered in some other posts; for what ever reason IL2 has wonky button configurations... :/

GAH! Every time I start it's a new issue. Now rudder won't work. Shows up as Joy1_Axis_T and assigns, but when I go to set the curve, it won't budge :/

Sorry, I have the Thrustmaster FCS HOTAS and have had no problems mapping it.

Let us know if you find a solution.

 Make sure you hit apply in the bottom left corner of the keymapping page for each section as you complete it.  For example if you are in Engine settings and you have selected all of your keys as you like, you then have to hit apply in the bottom left corner to bind those keys.  It's a double select sort of thing that many (including myself) have forgotten that last step.
