IraTheWeatherman Posted July 7, 2017 Posted July 7, 2017 I'm ready to pull the trigger and buy Battle of Moscow and Battle of Kuban. I bought BoS when it first came out but never really got into it. Now that I'm seeing not a lot of action over at DCS Normandy I think I'm gonna have to jump head first into this game. As I said, I have BoS already, but it's the steam version. I want to buy the standalone versions of BoM and BoK to better support the developers and give more funds to them. If I buy them here on this website, can I use my Steam version of BoS in conjunction with them?
ruby_monkey Posted July 7, 2017 Posted July 7, 2017 Yes. I'm doing this with BoK (bought direct) on top of BoS/BoM (steam).
Jade_Monkey Posted July 7, 2017 Posted July 7, 2017 Yes you can. No nonsense like DCS in terms of versions and compatibility. You will also get the updates through Steam because Steam downloads the full game regardless of what you bought. The initial login part when you launch the game with the IL2 account is what determines what content is available to you. 1
