get into scope like in clod (lose belt) ? (not zoom axis)

Hello Guys,

 

is there a way to lean into the scope (without using the zoom ?) like binding a key to get in the scope "like in CloD where you can bind a key (lose belt) ?

Other possibility is creating/modify a "snap view" and play with zoom speed/camera inertia to get a instant close-up of sight.

Personally I unbound that feature in CLoD simply because I am used to not needing it.
