It will probably be available again this weekend. Check out developer diaries for upcoming notifications, also there will be a live stream this week I guess they announce online time in it.

Fifi Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 (edited) I see you have 15Kb/s at this moment, don't worry, i even had sometimes down to 3Kb/s on some files! Never had such bad download with ROF. BOS is jumping from 3Kb to 300Kb back and forth...even when server is up. Edited December 12, 2013 by Fifi
