You cannot get the game at the moment because the servers are down. The access is limited to 72h a week at this state of the development. It will probably be available again this weekend. Check out developer diaries for upcoming notifications, also there will be a live stream this week I guess they announce online time in it.

i mean the downloading speed

He replied to you. The downloading speed is null when you can't download since the server is down.

I see you have 15Kb/s at this moment, don't worry, i even had sometimes down to 3Kb/s on some files!

Never had such bad download with ROF.

BOS is jumping from 3Kb to 300Kb back and forth...even when server is up.
