Icons and cones for those of us that want them

I have no desire to continue a debate and such that is currently going on in another thread.  But for those of us for various reason want somekind of help in seeing planes the planes yet not so much help that it hurts the immersion I have an idea.  You know how at a certain distance you get the numbers telling you the distance of the other aircraft.  How about dropping all the numbers and just show us the period or decimal point.  That means I still have to think and guess how far the plane is and what it might be.  And I still have to look hard at the screen to see just that period.  And when it comes to the cones.  I would just as soon that there only be one cone regardless of how many planes might be around.  And those cones could be made very small.  

 

Of course this could be only in servers that want to host such aids.  I am happy to let those who want no help at all to have it thier way on other servers.

    Small fighters around 9km.  5 miles 1042 yards
    Big fighters/small bombers around 11km.  6 miles 1470 yards
    Medium bombers around 16km.  9 miles 1657 yards
    Big bombers around 20km.    12 miles 752 yards
