TrackIR Not looking back

Okay so I have been playing CLOD for quite some time and I decided to pick up BOS. At first everything was running fine, including trackir. Then, after maybe an hour of playing, my trackir will only look to my 3 oclock if i turn right. after a few seconds it "forces" its way through to looking full back. on my left, i can look about to my 7. Does anyone know how this issue might arise? 
I uninstalled and reinstalled my game and it still does it.
the trackir profile has il2 bos listed.
yes i am using trackclippro instead of the regular trackclip for a target.

It also likes to tilt slightly to one side or the other when i am looking forward even though i do not tilt my head.
