Why the Lagg-3?

Last night in my LaGG I had a sortie where I downed 2 109's, damaged a third before I landed. 

 

Now, if the rearm function was implemented I could have had at least a 3 kill sortie in the LaGG.

The best I have done is 4.  The last guy - you won't believe this - shot away my gun sight and gave me reason to go home before overshooting and paying the price.  My wingman and his wingman damaged each other but the fight ended inconclusively.

as a representative for a squad who loves Crap planes due to the additional challenge, I can assure you that we will fly the Lagg very frequently... most often in packs of 8+...

 

Cool. I hope that your squad gets to sim-fly with the 69 GIAP, on weekends. I would love to see the 69 GIAP coordinate with several other VVS specialist squads, or squads willing to fly crap planes, so, on any given weekend, we can get twenty to thirty LaGG-3s pilots to sim-fly together, escort our respective squad bomber pilots, defend our mutual factories, railyards, airfields, etc.  MJ
