For the developers: Use of Screenshots

An odd question, I suspect.

I would like to use a modified screenshot (which I took myself) for the cover of a book 'm planning on releasing. Right now, it looks like this will just be a free release for friends. I was hoping to get permission from 777 Studios.

I can post the picture I'm hoping to use if that will make the decision any easier.
