Hi every body,

 

Just a quick question and sorry if it has been asked/discussed before (searched the forum but couldn't anything relevant) .

I really want to join the early access session, but I think that the sim acces limitation is for me a real problem .

 

As I understand the sim is only available during the week ends . 

So my question is when will it accessible during a long periode ? Or at least 6-5 days / week .

One of the developer diaries mentioned that they hoped to have 3 day access for only two months and that afterwards there would be longer access periods. Not sure if that's still the plan or if they are able to fulfill it in the two months time frame, but I'm sure they are putting every effort toward that goal.

At some point it will be longer. I'm hoping for 24/7 by Christmas week, or at least multi player for the three days that would be cool

Same here, I am off beginning this Monday the 16th, till Jan 2nd.

Course also beginning Monday, I will be doing a complete new puter build.

This isn't aimed at the original poster, but we are a hard bunch to please. First many were upset when it was limited access during the week. Now it's upsetting to a few posters that it's limited to the weekend. Once 24/7 access starts, is someone going to complain that it's available TOO MUCH???

Hmm, well I would think the folks that were upset when it was Tues-Thursday, were mostly folks that could not participate during those days - I was one of them.

I "suspect" the folks that are upset that it is limited to weekends, may be for the same reason - bad time for them.

 

I would think, once 24/7 access starts, then no - there will be no more upset people, at least over early access times....

But that is just my opinion

Just open up server for user authentication only, I think it will not cost server load that much.

well when they do open up access 24/7 i may be a little put off, i have a ton of class work next term
