Resolution Question: I Forgot Already

I'm running a 32" monitor at 1360x768 and had to change the config.ini file to match it. BOS is fine but my updated ROF is no longer conforming to my monitor and I forget how to get to the file. I know it has been addressed but I searched the forum for 30 minutes without finding it. Anyone know the path for either/both games?

Found it in the FAQ

 

14) Game starts with wrong resolution so I can't hit a button to proceed. Any way to fix it?
Open the game folder and find the STARTUP.CFG file ..\1C Game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\data\startup.cfg. Open it with notepad.exe or similar. Find the line fullscreen = 0 and edit it to get а fullscreen = 1. Then save the config file and run the game.

Found it about ten minutes after I though I gave up and made a post. Guess I didn't quite give up.
