BoS Won't Start or Update

So I got this hot shot processor, an AMD Ryzen 7 1700 that's blazing fast with 16 cores (8X2) but requires Windows 10 to work properly.  So after much soul searching and web surfing I decided since I could use the original Windows Shell which I like MUCH better than the pseudo-smartphone look and I took the plunge.  Well my computer is faster, sleeker and much more efficient but...

I ran the game executable and got these error messages;

"The code execution cannot proceed because D3DCOMPILER_43.dll was not found.  Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
and
"The code execution cannot proceed because d3dx11_43.dll was not found.  Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

The "Support" team suggested I go to my game data/redist folder and reinstall dotNetFx40_x86_x64.exe.
When I ran the .exe it states a newer version is already installed and it cannot be installed.

Does this mean that dx12 overwrote something?  I though dx versions were backwards compatible.


Now when I try to start the game I get a message that I am missing MSVCP110.dll and need to re-install the game.  I can't even open the updater to see if maybe I could reinstall the missing files from the server.

So, since you don't get the game on a DVD I guess I would have to re-buy it?  Not an option. I already paid good money for it and am not about to repay it because of some fluke with Windows 10.

But if that's all I can do then I'm permanently uninstalling the game.  A shame as I was just starting to get more into it and was ready to learn the Mission Builder and was considering purchasing the add-ons.  

Any ideas on how to get the game to work again?

Can't you just download the 'game installer' from your profile? I can.

Just get the downloader from your profile again..
with digital download game for most part when you buy them you can download the game unlimited number of times or re-install it unlimited.

But just sounds like you need to install DX setup.

Ryzen DOES NOT REQUIRE Windows 10 to work properly (you just got con jobbed into upgrading to a broken Operating system *WIN 10*)

To install DX runtimes (DX12 is not really stand alone and its all together)
You need this. (all the DX11 files needed are in there or will be downloaded as web installer)
