reported a PC crash need help.

After about 10 minutes of being in the game menu options my PC shuts off and has a buzzing noise which does not stop until I hit the power button. It only happens with this game. CLOD and ARMA3 runs fine on high settings. I've tried to reduce the video settings and it does not help. I have made it into the game once so far. Seems to run well. Any thoughts?

 

 

 

 

 

 

By the way.....so I contacted customer support. How does it work? I didn't get a confirmation email or ticket number.

I have this exact same problem! It also seems to be "little less" violent crash sometimes since it only crashes the game and TrackIR5 program. All softwares are updated to the latest patches. Usually after 10-30 minutes of opening the game it crashes, which makes it really annoying to even think about long online sessions. I have no problem with FPS, latency or connection. Really would like this to be fixed.

Just guessing... what are your Power & Sleep settings? Try adjusting them or turning them off.

 

What is your power plan. Balanced or High performance?

 

If on HIgh performance... try the Balanced setting.
