Command menu: open and close immediately

Hello,

from 2.009-2.010 I noticed something like this, when I'd like to use Command menu (the key "~").

It opens and closes self in very short time. Here is example when I push again "~" and it works but sometimes I push 10 times or more and the Command menu open and close immediately.

Did You notice it too?

Just to update, opening and closing the ESC menu means the command menu works ok again for me.

So firstly do You use Esc open and close before use Command menu?

The problem is present still in 2.011.

Hello, any chances to solve this problem, in 2.012d is present still.

Its important for incoming campaigns.....(orders menu).
