Possible Netcode Issue

So as the last thread was locked I am posting this here. Was on the Berloga server when I was also shot down by an 'Invisible Airplane'. When watching the track I noticed that the player (Kolobok) who was credited with the Kill started warping/lagging through the air and then disappeared. To be absolutely clear I am not trying to accuse Kolobok or anyone of cheating, rather want to know if this is a Netcode issue or not.
