Is there a way to have ground target markers display and not NP or flight etc. markers in Single Player missions?

What do you mean by NP, i don't understand it ?

I haven't tested with the waypoints (if that's what you mean) but if you name some objects NOICON the markers wont show up. Give that a shot.
