It would be interesting to add more new collector planes for existing theaters and to fill in certain gaps.

 

Lisunov Li-2

 

the Ju-52 counterpart, transport and bomber:

 

Polikarpov Po-2, good all-Russian, interesting challenge to hunt given its slowness, especially in the dark

 

 

Polikarpov I-153, Hs 123 countrepart, light attack plane, very used at the beginning of the invasion

 

 

Sukhoï Su-2, attack plane, Il-2 predecessor

 

 

LaGG-3 first séries with two schkas  7,7 mg

 

Ju-87 B/R, the first stuka and the most suitable for the Battle of Moscow

 

 

Hs-123, light german attack plane

 

 

Fw-189, recce plane, it would introduce a new type of gameplay if you can arrange to really take photos and impose them back to the base

 

 

Hs-126, predecessor of the Fw-189, can make also artillery guidance

 

Mc-200, italian fighter bomber

They are all good ideas, but my point of view is , if only one, and for the game play we know of, I go for LI 2 /C 47 . The tide is far too much on German side now

Hs 123 (a unique early war aircraft which would be a lot of fun for low-level raids), Fi 156 (recon/spotting roles please...)

Li-2 (compliments the Ju 52), Po-2 (compliments the roles of the Hs 123 and Fi 156)

The tide is far too much on German side now

 

I still don't entirely agree with this because the effectiveness of VVS anti-tank ordinance far outweighs the effectiveness of anything the LW has. The LW definitely has more fast bombers/attack planes but when they're pulling a 1/5 success rate compared to the VVS who really has the advantage under current MP conditions?

 

Long of the short - the BK 3,7 sucks.

I'm not sure the Ju-87 B/R or the early LaGG would really work as collector planes - variants of existing aircraft that offer reduced performance might appeal to a minority, but don't seem to me to be the best option to encourage sales. As for the rest, all good.

Quite true, but did they really serve where we got the maps, I recall much of its service was up north, and some served as rebuilt observer planes in all theatres. But I love the idea of getting it.

After that, close in second place are the Storch and Po-2.

Sukhoj Su-2, built 910, definitely, one more attacker, just to spice up the game, Lisunov Li-2/Ps-84 as Ju-52 counterpart, transport and bomber, seems logical.

Reconnaissance planes, really, do really want someone to fly a reconnaissance plane above all to not see anyone down.

If they have time to build them, I would be stunned if we don't get a G6 and La-5FN as collectors. Development time is crazy tight and the team is small. If they don't have time to build these it is unlikely we will get anything else for Kuban before gearing up for Midway.

It's alright...I actually won't begrudge this combination, I just like to tweak some of the other Lufties a bit.

In truth I think it would be a nice parting gift to the Eastern Front...even though I think Po-2/Storch would be orders of magnitude better for rounding out the sim.

 

Let's me honest, new aircraft are a good thing no matter what they are...we can't lose.

I'm more obsessed with getting float planes for the Pacific than anything.

 

Anyway, given the challenges of the PTO, it wouldn't surprise me if they put their heads down and get going on that ASAP and we don't see any collectors aircraft between Kuban and Midway at all.

I would find this complete understandable under the circumstances.
