FaceTrackNoIR not working properly

Hi everyone! I'm new to BoS and to flying sims in general and I need some help...

I was trying FaceTrackNoIR with BoS and in the beginning all seemed fine. Ended game and head tracking session as normal. Then some hours later I start again but this time the game can't track yaw and pitch of my head (the other axis and roll work just fine) so that I can't turn around my sight. I've checked and all the axis are enabled. This happens only with BoS, in fact I'm having no problem at all with DCS and RoF. I tried to fix this by reinstalling FaceTrackNoIr and cleaning the registry, nothing seems to work and I ran out of ideas...
