CUJO_1970 Posted May 28, 2017 Posted May 28, 2017 So, an attack from 6 o'clock, pressed home by an FW-190 was by far the most effective way to take down a B-17/B-24. Frontal and beam attacks safer for the fighter pilots but much less effective.
