Viperkrassyg Posted May 19, 2017 Posted May 19, 2017 I've been waiting for this moment for 20 years ever since I tried VFX3D and Comanche 3; an actual useable VR experience. Absolutely love IL-2 in 3D, even with the current low resolution of the headsets. One issue is that I am seeing double in the HUD, one crosshair for each eye. How can I fix this? Oculus with GTX 1080.
Flitgun Posted May 19, 2017 Posted May 19, 2017 Hi Viperkrassyg Glad you're loving IL2 VR. Many others are too. Here are a couple of links which explain it all nicely: https://il2sturmovik.com/news/303/update-2009-vr/ A detailed explanation on War Thunder site: https://forum.warthunder.com/index.php?/topic/337670-guide-how-to-aim-in-vr/ Hope that helps.

BMW801 Posted May 20, 2017 Posted May 20, 2017 How do you set the position to the middle of the plane?
HunDread Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 You launch the game on monitor, start a quick mission with each planes you want to change, set the head position and save it. Then start the game in VR.
