If you use steam, then you can check the integrity of the files and repair them. If you use the launcher, then I don't know. Either way, you can never go wrong with a fresh install

Also, the size of the game is independent of which of the games you have. You install everything at once and then your owned modules are unlocked. Buying more addition will not game the game files bigger, it will only unlock the planes and such for you.

I don't know the exact size of the game but I believe it is about 10GB. (I have a bunch of skins installed so had to guess a bit)

After looking for guides on how to repair game files (i kinda woops deleted a few .TGP files) i did not find anything.

So i did a little tinkering and found how to make the Launcher (non steam) version of the game to Verify and repair its game files without needing a re-install (which for many people is 5-6 hours of downloading)

So i made a How To guide in guides section link below.

I lost all of my loadout screens. First for 109’s then for everything. Did a fresh install but forgot to save my input settings. Oh, well, tinkering with the whole thing is part of the fun. I’m not even being sarcastic.

This happened to me once.  I didn't realize that I had collapsed the tab for the loadout overlay.  It was a simple matter of clicking the grey arrow on the right side of the screen.

Not saying this is the case for you but, it is the first thing I thought of when reading this.

Probably what it was but I had 190 Los outs and no 109’s on Sunday. Then no AC on Monday. I’m sure it’s my own fault. Then again, I was serious about not minding thundering with my setup every once in a while.

All good.  Enjoy tinkering.  Sometimes I'll look in the folders and config files just to see what's there.

The main reason I mentioned it was that I didn't see the light grey tab on the edge of the screen at first.  It blended right into the background of the hangar interior.  I originally thought that it was a bug that removed the loadout screen from the plane hangar.
