Do you like the look of the command system?

Similar to RoF, but for me, I liked the old IL2 options, with many, many more commands and choices... what do you think?

You have a choice of commands that you can assign a key to so you can control your flight... in the controls section.

I suspect some of those are just placeholders carried over from ROF, that will be changed/tweaked over time during this phase of development.

Well, if we have no video/audio of how it works in the sim, it's kinda hard to comment on.

 

I personally liked the command and communication options in the old IL-2, though the graphical implementation left something to be desired.

I'm asking about the control 'system', not how it sounds or works...

My point is, compared to IL2's old system its very limited, much like RoFs... I'm pretty sure they intend to implement the system they have shown, otherwise why show it at all?

You have to think RoF mate, forget the 'il2' part of the name...

It'll be improved over time. I highly doubt the current control system will stay as it currently is.
