Where to get steam key for BoK when it's released?

Hey folks,

 

I've pre-ordered BoK here, and it's showed up fine in my Steam game; however, it's not shown as a DLC on Steam. I understand that this won't happen without a Steam key for BoK, and that BoK is not yet released. Where will I find the Steam key for BoK when it IS released?
