When are we going to get a "Create Server" ability

Had thought when BoS first came out there was talk about the ability to host missions thru a "create server" like ROF becoming  available.

 

Have not seen any talk about it in a while.

 

Anyone know if this is still going to be an option, or are we stuck with the dserver.
