Over sensitive pitch in german planes

OK, got new joystick today (Gladiator Pro, great stick BTW, payed a lot of money for it). However, it did not solve my issues with BF109/FW190 over sensitive pitch though. Zero issues with RU planes/P 40. Been flying IL2 series from the beginning, same problem has always been there, russian planes are boosted an german planes  have issues, always. Played around with all possible fixes/settings regarding joystick, still issues with german planes, especially with bf 109

You can always setup new nonlinear pitch curve. BTW two plane Morane Saulnier Parasol and Sowitch Camel which I read about were pitch sensitive, never did read something similar about ww2 era planes.
