Weird pixels on skin

I am almost dont with my skin, but then i noticed this...

I cant get rid of this, i have no idea how this got there. I don't have anything like this when i edit it. Tried to remove all colors in this area and paint again but it's still there.. any help?

 

Edit: After annoying process of turning on and off every later   <-- me now.. I have found that "Exhaust Plumes" layer is problem, with it turn on i have these pixels, but i don't want it to be off, i just want these damn pixels gone.

 

Edit2: I am gonna explode.. i removed whole layer and replaced it with original one, most pixels are gone but there are still 4 left... How?? It's new layer, when i turn it off all 4 pixels are gone. How this is even possible?

Hey In Progress, it appears to me you're using my 4k template for the Ju 52. I'd like to ask you to send your xcf file to me via PM so I can check it on my end and apply corrections to the template if nessecary.

 

Overall this is a strange issue I did not have with any of my works. Will require a deep look to find out whats going wrong with yours.

btw it was not like that at the beginning, i just noticed it today. Yesterday it was ok but now too late to go back to that file. All i did was use of brightening/dimming tool on black parts. (I used dimming) so appears after it i got these pixels. But I don't know why.

 

Edit: I used your original template and used dimming, happens same thing, it must be that tool used in this area to create these pixels :/ but how to fix it now

 

Edit2: Problem solved,reinstall and update of gimp and dds plugin helped.
