Trouble with Thrustmaster Combo...

Some of you might remember me from the IL2 glory days at UBI.  After years away and years just playing FB and other iterations, I decided to give this game that's been sitting on my hard drive a try.  I've been having troubles getting my hardware, which works fine of IL2 original, to work on this game, particularly my rudder pedals.

 

My gear is as follow:

 

TrackIR 5

Thrustmaster Warthog for throttle and stick

Thrustmaster Cougar stick only used to provide access to my non-usb Simped Rudder pedals. 

 

The Thrustmaster "Target" software combines all these devices and lets me program them to work with specific games.  It works fine in every other sim save IL2 BOS.  None of my scripted actions work and my rudder pedals don't seem to work at all.  I read through a great many threads and did a search but couldn't find anyone with my particular problems. I'm hoping somebody can help me out. I also can't find a place to choose to use my Thrustmaster combined in game setups, just generic mouse or joystick. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
