VR consistently crashes going from one mission to another

Multiplayer on a dedicated server.

VR runs fine even when the mission ends. 

A new mission gets loaded by the server and sometimes the VR crashes.

Sometimes I get to choose an aircraft and it crashes on going into the game.

Either way, when starting another new mission, the game crashes.

 

If I exit the game completely and restart it, I can join the new mission with no problems...until the next new mission.
