CloD non-steam

Sorry if this has been asked before but will there be an option to buy and download CloD from 777 as with BoS, BoM and BoK  or will it only be available via Steam?

This was asked, but don't remember the exactly answer, probable not, because CloD use STEAM DRM, a standalone version implicates in use other kind of DRM what involve undesired extra cost.
