Muting the game in teamspeak

Somewhere in this forum was a link to a 3rd party app that muted, or quietened the game when someone spoke on TS, but i cant find it. can anyone else either post the link here, or direct me to the thread? Thanks in advance.

I know it's not what you are loooking for but just using the windows volume mixer accomplishes all that I require for adjusting sound volumes.
