Lenny_Koggins Posted April 21, 2017 Posted April 21, 2017 (edited) so i have 13 hour logged so far, i really want to get back into the cockpit, but my game freezes on launch after the VR update, it simply stops responding and i have to close it via task manager or when it decides to give me the "il2 has stopped responding" dialogue box, i'm just wondering if there is anyway to fix this or if the devs have a planned patch to fix this if it is a know issue, my pc specs are: intel i7-4860HQ @2.40GHz (8CPUs) Nvidia Geforce GTX 870m 4Gb VRAM Windows 8.1 64bit 16Gb RAM 1TB hard drive 237 (ish) SSD i have had no troubles with the game prior to the latest VR support update. -i also have the latest drivers installed, as i had thought that the problem may have been caused by outdated drivers, therefore i know that this glitch is present with geforce game ready driver versions 381.65 and 378.92 . -Also, the issue still persists after a clean install of the game Edited April 21, 2017 by Lenny_Koggins

Lenny_Koggins Posted April 22, 2017 Author Posted April 22, 2017 ah so i fell a bit thick, turns out that its just the loading screen freezing up, and any kind of clicking crashes the game, apparently if you just wait, the game will load as normal, sorry for wasting anyone's time with that.
