New PC, new IL-2 Installation

Having recently had a new PC built for me (Spec in signature) I did a fresh installation of BoS, BoM etc. It all seemed to be working fine again and have been using it for a week or so but then realised my sound wasn't as good as it used to be. Basicly I have no hit or flak sounds and the engine sounds within the cockpit weren't great. I put in a help ticket to the Devs with a DxDiag and they have come back to say it's probably corrupt sound files and I need to do a reinstall again. Can one of your techy types advise me on the best procedure to do this so as I don't make any mistakes a 2nd time. Many thanks for you help in advance.
