=EXPEND=Tripwire Posted April 20, 2017 Posted April 20, 2017 (edited) Since flying in VR, the cockpits of the planes have really come to life. There is so much detail in them that I had not fully appreciated from a few years of playing on a flat screen. Now I sit inside the cockpit during startup and inflight just admiring the wonderful work put into the cockpits. I wonder how the 1C 3D Modeling guy(s) felt when someone handed over the VR headset to them for the first time and said "here come check this out!". It must really be incredible to see the art you have poured hours into come to life in VR. All those details that now seemingly pop out that were partially hidden by the limits of a 2d screen. Well a big thank you to you whoever you are! Edited April 20, 2017 by Tripwire 4

=EXPEND=Tripwire Posted April 20, 2017 Author Posted April 20, 2017 Other than the wonder that is the He111, my favorite at the moment is the FW190A5.
Finkeren Posted April 20, 2017 Posted April 20, 2017 Gotta love that MC.202. Yeah you better love the cockpit, cause that's pretty much all you're gonna see flying that plane A T-34 has better view from the driver's position. 2
Jade_Monkey Posted April 20, 2017 Posted April 20, 2017 Great job with the cockpits indeed! You cant appreciate it on a monitor, it's simply not in the same league.
Nil Posted April 22, 2017 Posted April 22, 2017 Just for that I wish to try VR, the Ju52 cockpit is stunning in a flat monitor, so in a VR, it must be an incredible experience
