HagarTheHorrible Posted April 19, 2017 Posted April 19, 2017 (edited) Sorry if this is obvious to everyone else but was curious so I did some testing. I wasn't sure if the limit was set by the cockpit structure or by head travel from the centered view ( it's a combination of both) If you find the entire cockpit moves when you reach a limit, especially leaning forward, then reset your head position by going back into 2D, adjust your pilot head position with the Pg Up/Pg Dn keys etc and F10 to save ( I moved my saved head position to extremes to check what happened). Then restart in VR to check. I think, to some extent thumps seem to be linked to where you set up your pilots default head position. I had actually turned restrictions off because of the noise, I thought I was being shot at initially, but when I was testing and turned it back on the noise seemed much improved, when I did hit the canopy, it wasn't half as loud or annoying. marklar Posted April 19, 2017 Posted April 19, 2017 when I did hit the canopy, it wasn't half as loud or annoying. They toned it down in the latest mini patch. Head movements are still annoying, though.
